FOLK-FOULK Female Born in Philadelphia or Raised there probably died Ohio????

Taken Germantown, Section of Philadelphia PA written on the back but
was found in OHIO.

Does anyone know whom she may be?

Definitely has FOLK /FOULK features.  I have families of Foulk/Folk listed on this blog in various places.  Large family early in PA.
